About Dr. Sirimanna

Dr. Pram Sirimanna is a Specialist HPB, Upper GI, and General Surgeon with a unique background in liver transplantation and complex oncological surgery. He serves as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney, combining clinical excellence with academic leadership.

After achieving First Class Honours in his undergraduate degree at Imperial College London, Dr. Sirimanna completed his specialist surgical training at Royal Prince Alfred and Concord Hospitals. He then undertook the prestigious AANZHPBA Fellowship across Royal North Shore Hospital, RPA, and Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane.

As a former Consultant HPB & Transplant Surgeon at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Dr. Sirimanna brings transplant-level technical expertise to complex cancer resections, including cases requiring major blood vessel reconstruction.
